MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
Cool Hand Ukes is an authorized dealer for all new instruments that we stock. Most new instruments have warranties from the manufacturers or distributors, and those warranties apply when purchased from us.
Cool Hand Ukes Limited Warranty on new instruments
We guarantee that all NEW instruments purchased from us will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited period of no less than 90 days and up to one year from the purchase date. This is in addition to the manufacturers' guarantees.
The following are not included in our guarantee: harmonicas, strings, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, or improper use. We strongly recommend use of a humidifier in your stringed instruments, particularly during the dry winter months.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund minus freight charges and paypal fees. The item must be returned in perfect condition in the original packing material. For orders that included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
